We have several times
as fair as the yoyo design aspect to things how often do yoyo have similar designs from different companies? because the cypher reminds me of the N12 from magic yoyo.

Cypher was designed by Kentaro Kimurra. He was the first person to incorporate the low wall cut that defines the cypher. So to say other yoyos look like his work is fair. To say his yoyos (that look like his previous yoyos) look like someone else's yoyo (that looks like his yoyo) is pretty twisted.

I got a TooHot from yoyoexpert a while back and I've been wondering something. Are all the prototype toohots supposed to have the prototype engraving or were some made without it? Mine does not have it so I was just wanting to know if mine was unique.

What do you guys think about Fluid Dynamics, and 3d printed yoyo's? ANd do you see #d printing in yyf's future?
We have been printing parts for prototyping since our first model over 10 years ago. The technology is improving but it still isn't up to retail standards. When it does sure, we will release them. We also plan to release our first 'download and print your own' free design this year.

What's the story for Yuuki Spencer? Did he decide to leave the team or was he kicked off? What is he doing now? Sponsored, going to contests, still yoyoing?
He left to pursue other opportunities. We continued to make the yuuksta under agreement for a limited time but we no longer have any formal relationship. He is still showing tricks on his Instagram

I'd say no considering Gentry used a shutter not a shuTa. It's a very different performing yoyo suiting a different style if player.
