Do you ever run contests via team email or forums for your team members to see who can do the most of a repeater, long sleep, or just pull off a trick clean, etc for a special color or proto in the next care package? This could help with team bonding and lead to trust falls at the next big contest.
No. Being on the team isn't about special competitions and as an individual sport there isn't the need for trust falls. Its a common bond shared. It is having a crew in your corner when you walk on stage. Its shared interests, opportunities and being a part of something which is all the people, bigger than the company.

when i take apart my shutter and put it back together it squeaks really bad. what should i do?

is the cypher the first yoyo you guys produced with a closed nipple on the hub? it's not a design feature i recognize on a lot of your yoyos.
H.O.T. has a little bit, but yeah, we usually go either flat or hubstack post. This yoyo is a bit of a departure from our 'NORM'. We think it will find love in players hands.

Is the Cypher an official YYF X TP collab or is it like the Cyborg where Kentaro helped in the design process? I like my Cypher.
Not a TP yoyo but a Kentaro design. We have a good working relationship where we go back and forth to come up with a fantastic yoyo. It may be sold in some parts of the world as a TP.

I had the same weird problem with the Cypher out of the box, but it was the bearing being wonky. Popped in a CTX and this thing is amazing

hey so i am doing the selacone mod with yoyofactory 888x but the selcaone smells nasty like bad cemicals and also canser. i try mixing selacome with nutella-sauce to make the smell better and for hazalnut flavers. but now yoyo can do not the binds what do?
