what happens during an anxiety attack?
It's different for everyone, for me it involves a lot of crying and it's hard to focus on anything but what's making you have the anxiety. I know the cause is usually stupid or can be figured out rationally but you can't really think rationally when you're having an anxiety attack. At least I can't
