Ask @Zainee22:

And that image lies about prophet, which is a sin.

Listen, I don't want to fight or argue. Cause' all I can say is that the Islam I believe in means and teaches peace,it teaches me to respect people of all religions and not insult their gods or scriptures. It teaches me that the killing of one person is the killing of all humanity and the saving of one person is the saving of all humanity. The Prophet(P.B.U.H) I believe in says that even smiling is charity and gives instructions like the ones I posted before, in times of war.You can go research their validity, you will not see anything otherwise, that is,if you do your research through reliable resources. Don't just believe what a page on Facebook says. If you really want to know about Islam, read the Quran and the Hadith and meet normal Muslims. If you want to know about Pakistan and its citizens, come visit us rather than make assumptions from the news or random articles. I believe in the Prophet(P.B.U.H) who always taught peace and mercy and practiced it himself. I reject everything else said about him.

There were a number of battles/ghazwas waged by prophet on anyone who didn't submit

God, I've already fought with people on Islam a week before.
Okay, so the thing is that the Prophet(P.B.U.H) left Makkah (where he and his companions were awfully persecuted) for Madinah so they could all practice Islam freely. The people of Makkah were the ones who waged wars against him(P.B.U.H).The Muslims only fought back when they had no choice.Peace wasn't an option anymore. They did not fight until Allah gave them permission to do so. But they had to,in order to defend themselves.
The Prophet(P.B.U.H)'s instructions before battle prove everything against your point:

There's someone who apostatized first, left Islam becoming very much anti-Islam and often blasphemed the prophet. Then became anti-Pakistan and now propagates against Islam and Pakistan abroad. According to Sharia and Pakistan Penal Code he merits a death penalty. For or Against it?

Well,I am very under qualified to even give an opinion on this. This is a VERY delicate matter an often people speak on this without knowledge. I do not want to be like them.
Though I will say that I've seen a video on the very same rule and it gave proof of how non-Muslims are not to be given death penalty upon such a crime. I will also accompany that by saying that Hazrat Muhammad(P.B.UH) was sent as a mercy for mankind, he ALWAYS chose and taught to forgive. Hence, his Ummah needs to learn to practice some of that mercy too.
