Happy Arbor Day! PAP of your favorite tree?

I took this photo on 23rd March 2017 on my cycling tour from Lahore to Sialkot (~150kms) I tried to find this tree afterwards many a times but couldn't. This is my favourite photo of a tree till date.

Thoughts on Ramadan in Pakistan.

Ramzan in Pakistan, same as in any other Islamic country, is like a reset button for us Muslims. We leave all our bad habits and fast, pray and prostrate to please our Creator. We try to gain His blessings by being at our best behaviours. Charities and helping the less privileged are done with full zeal and zest. Allah help us gain maximum from this blessed month and allow us to see many more Ramzans!

This is so true... The world of today has been hijacked by corporates and multinationals which steal our imaginations and perceptions about attributes like beauty, comfort, likeness and dislikeness and even they dictate us how to behave! We have lost sight of the actuality of reality and whats even worse is that so few of us see it!

People are too quick to judge. And pessimism is the order of the day. Our people are becoming more and more divided which isn't a good thing for a heterogeneous society like ours. We should be more intrinsic in approach and we must welcome dissenting voices for dissent is the essence of any developed democratic society
