Time sometimes fixes things. Finding something to work on where you can see results and progress sometimes fixes things. Accepting some failures as stumbling forward rather than stumbling backward sometimes helps things.
There's not trying for fear of failing, and then there's not trying out of sheer exhaustion, which is a tricky thing. Sometimes it's a matter of forcing yourself to get up in the morning and sometimes it's more about taking some vitamins, getting some rest and making sure that you are physically well. Sometimes it's watching something that makes you laugh.
I'll be rooting for you, anyway.

what happens to Sodachi after/besides the things we saw in the Owari anime -- like in Orokamonogatari / Sodachi Fiasco and in Zokuowari)?

That's like super major spoil alert and saying what happens here would anger a lot of people who would see it, but to give a half answer, nothing "ultimately" happens to Sodachi because Koyomi reverses it all in Zoku. The fact remains that he did wear her underwear, but well - I won't spoil all of that fun. Zoku doesn't really -center- on Sodachi though, although her very existence in it is a mild slap to the face for Koyomi.
in Sodachi Fiasco, Sodachi gets kicked around in a trash can, probably in Osaka, and loses all of her (fake) friends she kind of didn't make, but is a cooler person for it. She continues to have an bit of a twisted obsession with Koyomi.

Hey, I hear Renko is your favorite Touhou character (mine too, by the way). What is your opinion on Sumireko then? How do you like her in general (as a character and as a plot device)? And have you read the newest Kourindou chapter about her? If so, what do you think about it?

I like her, but I reserve full judgement until I can read my stack of fan novels I have about her that I've been meaning to get to.

Do you conceal your anime/touhou hobby from your family and friends?

Nope. Though I do sometimes describe it in less geeky terms on purpose. In Japan I generally tend to talk less about it though. There are far fewer people to talk to around here though in general.

What's the last concert you went to?

The one that Veto played at though I didn't end up staying until he played because I got sick. "orz
