We all need to see a therapist, helps you process your emotions. Modern medicine isn’t bad either.

I misread the question. The correct answer is that I don't. I did from 8-26 because of a phobia.
People see therapists to talk through their emotions, find clarity, & to hopefully get better.
Prob: if traumatized at young age, trust comes slow, once earned on solid ground (ur solid), lose trust most likely you will never get it back unless you are an exception of some magnitude to said person and they know your heart & can somehow relate to said "lost trust". Have you seen "Gypsy"?
