'hotness' is a very complex adjective which doesn't describe the physical self of a person or a person who shows their body/skin in front of others, rather, it is a compliment given strictly on the basis of the attitude of a person. If a girl is considered hot, it's because several attributes of her personality come together in a nice package. For instance, you can give a person an A1 outfit, but without the confidence to flaunt it, they won't be hot. Being hot, being sexy is a state of mind. Confidence is sexy. Competence is sexy. 'Sexy' and 'hot' are behaviors and definitely not bodies.

And Inayat, if you really were that uncool with anyone calling you 'hot', then why the fuck did you like my answer in the first place? you asked for an opinion and I gave you one. so there's absolutely nothing to crib about here.
