All the time, no one questions when you're sick and have cancer but everyone questions when your brain is ill. If we treated mental health, the way we did cancer patients, the world would be a better place.

How did you forgive someone who hurt you with their words and actions, but still act as though nothing happened afterwards?

I can forgive them but we won't have a relationship anymore. Forgiveness doesn't mean - you don't lose me.

Have you noticed that most parents don't want to be held accountable for their toxic parenting and their children's behavior problems?

They never want to take accountability but yell at every child, adult, etc to do just what they refuse to ever do.
