thanks means a lot...i left it just for 2 months because of my proffs otherwise i am regular and despite of not going to gym in those 2 months i maintained my weight so yeah win win situation nothing to loose

Yaar bas motivation thi shuru me tu mostly Cardio ki HIIT means if you are using treadmill tu 1 minute run 1 minute walk alternatively yeh koi 10 12 minute saath cycling elliptical 5 to 10 mins pushups 50 warming up and pullups 20 in 3 to 4 sets baaki har muscle ki aik game per day and most important thing is diet...kuch bhi khaana chorna ni hy lekin ju khana hy in a controlled way like subah 2 egg whites saath i took oatmeals and one apple phir dopehar ko 4 kabab beef walay and 100 gm white rice boiled aur workout k baad raat ko i took boiled chicken or grilled chicken and thats how it all goes i lost 30 kg weight...
