Have become very negative and toxic. It feels like toxicity is consuming my heart. I've noticed myself backbiting and enjoying it. I'm seeing my character getting polluted by indecent attractions of society. I don't know what to do. 😓

If it feels like you're being toxic then you're already keeping a check on your behavior which is a very good thing. Keep reminding yourself what you preach and try to practice. Forgive yourself for things you do unintentionally, remind yourself to check on intentional toxic behaviors. More power to you.

I kinda wnt ti live and all of me wants to die
I kinda wish to be seen and heard and kinda wish to vanish from everyone's memory
I kinda wish i could clean the mess and kinda wish the mess didn't happen in the first place
I kinda wish to have an opinion and kinda wish to stay quiet for eternity
I kinda wish to scream and shout to the top of my lungs and cry the cries i couldn't
