Okay so I have insomnia and I don't wanna go on sleeping pills, any advice?

I have insomnia too and my therapist give me some advices like don’t look at your phone since at least one hour before u go to bed; and there are some natural pills of melatonin which is the hormone that regulates sleep–wake cycles, u can find those pills at the chemist’s. Hope u get better soon❤️
