Neither. It’s makes you a normal person. Most things people label as an “overreaction” is actually just a normal reaction to whatever is happening, in my opinion.

Do you find yourself thinking more about your past, present or future?

Well thinking too much about the future makes my anxiety go through the roof, so I’m typically thinking about the present. Occasionally I’ll think about the past, but it’s usually for nostalgia.

I think it should be raised. Yes. Especially since more and more people use this app as a dating site it seems. And there are just a lot of creepy people on here. I feel like it isn’t the best place for young kids to be.

Why do people judge?

It’s human nature to judge. Everyone does it. There are a lot of external factors that go into people’s judgement and how much they judge. A lot of judgements are formed based on what’s “normal” to you. So if your values and biases don’t match someone else’s, you judge them. It’s very common. There are ways negate those judgements and unlearn those tendencies, you have to want to do so. If that makes sense.

No. There are million reasons why people are the weight that they are. And more often than not, it isn’t as black and white as they’ve just “let themselves go.”
