On my posts to try and spread and educate ppl on the BLM movement so many racist boys ask me for 'proof of racism in UK, is there a page or website I can continually refer to to stay updated on reports and articles to help show people like this the inequality that exists

Ignorance is the main reason for the disbelief that there is racism in the UK. There are SO many resources to direct people like that to (if they’re willing to educate themselves), and I’ve put the link to an article I found recently below too.
While I myself am a type of resource, I’m in no way the best one! So research the kind of information you want to use to argue your point and keep the links in a note on your phone in case you need more evidence to back up your points.
If you want to recommend specific books, let me know and I’ll list some in another answer!

How long will this project last?

A while! But I couldn’t give you a date, as I’m not too sure. I will be sure to let you all know when it’s coming to an end.

What do you get out of this?

The knowledge that people are educating themselves on an incredibly important topic.
Physically? Nothing at all. All financial donations left over at the end of the project will be donated to a cause surrounding Black Lives Matter.

Who is this project for?

Anybody who is not in a financial position to buy books, but wants to educate themselves on topics surrounding black lives, history and oppression.
Black or non-black, everybody deserves education surrounding racism and white privilege regardless of income, and I am here for that reason!

How do I know if my book has been shipped?

Shipping is weird right now because of COVID19, and some of the books being on pre-order, meaning the wait could be up to two weeks. Please be patient, it’s coming !
Your book will be ordered by 10pm on the day you requested it, or the next day if requested after 10pm.

What do I do to get a book?

Send me the book you want to read, or “any book”, followed by a random name and your address. I won’t respond, as this would make your address public, but all book requests will be ordered by 10pm on the day of the request. If I cannot find your request, I will send you something similar!
