The problem is not that evil exists. The problem is that God is not omnipotent. For an omnipotent being, there are no rules and no definitions. A non-evil world and human beings should've been possible for an omnipotent being, and its preference if it was good.
Why would an omnipotent and inherently good creator of universe send here a kid and have her raped by his father at the age of 6 after which she died. And later say that I am the omnipotent being, but your father had control over your life and it was HIS deed. And I am now gonna cause HIM to suffer, to compensate for the previous suffering.
If God exists but everyone in the world can make me suffer nonetheless in their own "deeds", they're the Gods I'm gonna believe in, and only I can save myself.
An omnipotent and inherently good being, by definition, PREVENTS suffering rather than causing it and then doubling it as punishment.

I have a neighbor who is keeping 3 cats in a cage 24/7 in a highly underfed state. They are uncared for and the owners are not willing to take responsibility for them OR have them adopted out or even purchased. I have the location and the images. I have been feeding them to prevent them from dying but the owners will not let them go either. And now I am banned from approaching them to feed them either, because the owner is an army officer and has a lot of "connections." He's starving them in his custody. I need to know if you can help me or if we can do anything in this regard. The poor creatures need a life.

Then research. Quora, YouTube. Check out both Muslim and Atheist resources. See what sounds more convincing or has more evidence behind it. The more you know, the less you'll believe. And that's what atheism is. Knowledge to beat blind faith which has its origin in deep-rooted human fears of the old times.

pehly year mein bhi practical? aur complete theory waly like English aur Ethics waly subjects nhi hoty hain?
Lol, practical to har saal hoty hn. 50% hmesha practical portion hota hy. Blood tests or respiratory tests, vitamin tests or urine tests. Bht kch tha first year mn b. Or English or Ethics jesa kuch b ni. Pak Studies or Islamiyat ko thora sa munh lgaty hn, wo b kisi ek saal mn hi thora parh k thapp. First or Second year dono mn same basic subjects (Anatomy, Physio, Biochem). Body k different parts or different systems se related info in all 3, in the first two years. Agy ja k Pharmacology, Pathology, Gynecology, Ophthamology, Forensic, stuff like that.

Entry test Nums ka easy hota hai ya UHS ka?
UHS ka easy hota hy, or NUMS k private institutes usi test ki base py rkh b lete thy at least jb mera admission hua. Mene NUMS k raolay mn parny ki zehmat nhi ki thi. Merit b NUMS k private ka bht hike up kr gya tha due to repeat NUMS entry test and stuff, private colleges thy b sirf 6-7 NUMS k. UHS or FMDC ne to pehli merit list mn hi mujhy dhar liya tha.
