We remove inappropriate content when we become aware of it, whether that's through reports or other ways.

Could You AT FIRST ask people who use ask.fm BEFORE you introduce changes? ANY changes? Maybe surveys? For example me and many of my friends DON'T WANT to "unlike" option. Think about the surveys.
Believe it or not, we do a lot of research and analysis before we make changes. Might not work for everyone but we tend to believe that the features we change benefit the majority of users and improve the overall experience.
If I did a question anonymous and I got a notification on my account does it mean they know I sent it?
No, the question is anonymous, only you know that you asked it, we're just letting you know that they answered it.
how cant i delete my answers?
You can delete an answer from your profile by clicking the (X) on the right side (or swipe left on the answer on mobile).

can't you find out who an anonymous user is by blocking them and then checking the blacklist?

Yes, an account is required to ask questions.
I accidently blocked someone who was anonymous and I do not know who it was. I wanna unblock the person but his question isn't visible in the blacklist.What do I do? Please help :(
If that person's question (which you blocked them from) doesn't show up in the blacklist, then you can't unblock them. It's possible that the account has been deactivated or suspended.

Can you please update ask fm so anybody can ask us questions whether they have an account or not? We all enjoy answering questions from everyone and ask.fm has gone very quiet for a lot of people since this change! Please please ask.fm, change it back!
We won't be able to allow questions without an account going forward. Like with most social sites that require login to engage with others, it's simply better for the overall experience and our ability to provide safety on our service.
