No, anonymous users are not identified by blocking them.

Go to Settings > Privacy > toggle the switch for "Allow Anonymous Questions"

Your English is pretty good! Our mobile team is looking at video options for Android, but it's a more complex issue. It's possible that we will bring video to Android at some point though.

Well, the point of anonymous questions is that you don't know who asked you.

Delete unwanted questions and report & block the people asking them. If that doesn't work, turn off anonymous questions for your account.
How can I delete the history of the answered questions that I've asked some people ?
On the website, if you click on "View all answers" and you see the list of all your answered questions, you can delete them individually.

Yes, it will show that the option to hide your name is not available for this profile.

You can do that already, just record a video with your iPhone when you create an answer.

How do you know if your anonymous questions are reaching the recievers inbox or not?
You won't know until someone answers it. If you're blocked, they won't see your questions at all.
