I actually don't, the moment I stopped feeling insecure about others judgment, life has become so much more liberating. What other thinks/expect have no value, unless they are my close ones for example family, friends. But, even then, they are expected to maintain boundaries and be respectful to the choices I make for myself. Otherwise, I have no problem with cutting myself off from a toxic friend or family member. Friends and relatives are expected to be supportive and non-judgmental, as long as I'm not doing anything against law or morally questionable. But, if they still be judgemental, well, then, like I said, they can f*ck off, my mental peace matters. 😇

Understand that, it's just your projection of them. Not who they are or how they actually feel. Don't get attracted to an illusion. Focus on yourself and your well-being so much that you won't have time to think about them. Good wishes. 💜
