Find a hobby/interest community, make friends there. Also if your friends don't show obvious aversion against mental health, there's really no reason not to open up

Far, menurut lo ketika lo dapet temen yg egois banget, yang mentingin dirinya doang, padahal udah sering diprioritaskan, dan ketika temennya lg ada masalah dia gapernah ada di sisi temennya itu dan malah selalu ngalihin ke masalah dia , itu harus gmn ya?

Kalo lo ga suka perbuatan/sifat orang, ngomong ke orangnya. Kalo udh ngomong dan masih merugikan lo, tinggalin.

How you manage your time

I do two things that work for me personally
1. Put every activity into four categories : Urgent and Important, Urgent but not important, not urgent but important, and neither urgent nor important
I prioritize activities in that order
2. Determine output and time limit for every activity. From 7 - 9 pm i'll do report of last week work. I'll watch 3 bojack episodes / i'll watch netflix for 45 minutes
Putting clear goals and time limit do wonders for me, it prevents me from getting myself drawn out
