I am italian and I can only tell you, you live in a wonderful country. You have the ocean, palmas, beautiful places everywhere. You can do what you want and never get bored. But if you need other motivations I think you have to travel to see the world to compare it with your country and learning to love it

Me either! I’ve found that forcing myself to do things can help. Other times I try to bribe myself. “If you do x you can do y after”

Pray! If you’re religious and keep faith! If your not religious then look at it like this, there are a lot of things going wrong in the world to be sad or mad about and what anyone thinks or say about what you do shouldn’t matter. You only have one life so live it the best way you can with the ones that want love you and help you enjoy the ride!

Go do stuff in life that you want to do

Be humble and be generous, but don't give more than you could afford.

Your life is only as good as YOU make it. It's you're responsibility, only you can make it what you want. Just always remember that. If you have negative people on your life, family or not, you need to remove the negativity.
