I think that it is a new chance for everyone to have a good year full of positive interactions with others and themselves. I also think 2021 is a new start for those whose 2020 may not have gone exactly as they might have hoped.

Definitely either sunrise or sunset (probably more early morning sunrise tho) I love watching the sunrise with these beautiful colors that illuminate the sky with the promise of an amazing day 💜

I never really make new years resolutions but I think this year I will make the resolution to take care of myself more.

Not usually, they rarely give advice and when they do it's either not good or it's rude (usually toward me) so I tend to ignore them :)

When adrenaline is released into your body, it is common that your body will also respond by releasing dopamine (the happy chemical) or serotonin (another happy chemical). Serotonin and dopamine are also often released when one smokes, creating that "floaty", high sensation. This is why when you drink energy drinks you may feel the same as you would if you smoked :)
