How do you react with someone who replies "Ok" after your very enthusiastic speech?

I don't. If someone isn't going to put forth any effort into a conversation or question there isn't really a point. Just like all the questions on here that just say "hi". With such low effort posts they just get deleted.
Now if you are talking to someone one on one you can excuse a few of those here or there, but if all you are getting back are one or two word answers and nothing to continue the conversation it's time to let them know you would like to have an actual conversion and not have too carry it all yourself. Be honest but be direct.

No for a multitude of reasons. We shouldn't of gluten as involved as we did,but now that we are we can't leave like we are. It is a real catch 22 on that front.
But now it is like poking a hornets nest and trying to provoke an incident to justify chopping off the limb the nest was attached to. Never mind we are going to get stung while up there sawing down the limb and that the limb is hanging over our house and that was the compromise from them building the nest in our garage.
It all just seems short sighted and in the long term against our own interests and potentially more dangerous to create more hives... But I'm also not a military strategists and just some idiot on the internet so take it with a grain of salt.

Short term net neutral, if you keep going you disappear completely as you eventually eat something important, you pass and eventually decompose into the soil over a long enough period of time.

Do you like Fallout 76?

On most new games i don't get excited until i can see what general audience reactions are and a select few reviewers i trust. The fact that they allowed so few review copies prior to launch was not a good sign and then it has been one fiasco after another since then. I'm sure their are people who genuinely enjoy the game and honestly i have not played it, but they may have been better off keeping to buggy single player games and keeping the money grabs to other companies.because once they starting racing for my wallet i demand a game that works without issues.

Between consenting adults it's fine. Where issues arise us when one is in a relationship or when one has feelings stronger than a friendship. Sometimes you just don't want to be in a committed relationship and have someone you know that you get along with well enough to know you wouldn't work with in a relationship but if the sex is good why not?

Should NCAA athletes no matter the sport get paid money for playing the sport. Basically should college athletes get paid ?

I don't think they should get paid, but i think they should be as calibrated putt as televised as they are either. They are being exploited for profit by the colleges and are not being compensated for the level of risk they are exposing themselves to. These players should not be treated so differently than any other student on campus and especially not any different than any other student athlete on campus. Do they treat the mens gymnastics team of the women's soccer team the same? No they get special treatment both on the court and in the classroom usually.
If you ask me these teams should be completely separated from the academic side of things and treated like miniature miniature version of the pro leagues and the players can get paid negotiate contacts and then go to the pros if they are good enough. If not after 5 or 6 years they can then get an education from the college they finished at. Then the schools can stop exploiting these athletes for profit, they get a portion of this money and if they don't go pro they can still get an education out of it, but they will have to actually earn it like a regular student and not be handed to them as a side item to their college sports days.

Are you high School student? Or college student? What you take and where your School?

I graduated high school almost 20 years ago, and am both a college drop out and a multiple time college graduate. I dropped out originally undeclared with no focus. Then went back and graduated as an aircraft mechanic shortly after 9/11. Then after awhile of being a cable guy went back to school and got degrees in information technology.
