Thank you! It was quite a drastic change, wasn't it? It actually started off from having irregular meals in my Polytechnic days (unhealthy, yes, but I had to stay late in school for projects). My appetite became smaller and I started to eat slightly lesser oily/fried food — just slightly. However, the best way to lose weight healthily is to exercise! Go for jogs, workout and watch your diet. :)
