Paul Inouye was born and reared in the California town of San Carlos. He is the eldest of three brothers, the youngest of whom is his younger brother.
Paul received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose, and UC Berkeley.
