It shouldn't matter if it makes sense to anyone else. Write for yourself, and if it helps you work things out, keep doing it no matter what other people think.

I just relapsed after being clean for 3 months. No one even knows the struggle it is and no one knows how broken I am. I feel so tired. So so tired of everything. But on the upside you're always here for me
Relapse is a part of recovery. Nobody finally got through to the end without a few struggles along the way. You've just gotta pick yourself back up. Three months, that's amazing. Aim for six this time. You can't give up now, you're so close.
