the exercises I did to lose weight in grade 7 and 8 were NOT good because they caused me to be anorexic. I wasnt eating enough calories.. and i was exercising way too much. If you starve yourself, your body will STORE fat, because it goes into starvation mode so when you eat again you only cause yourself to gain more weight. To lose weight the best way and look great, you have to eat a clean diet, do cardio AND strength training with one to two rest days in between. If you do that I promise you the weight will come off. :)
