Everyone starts as a casual, anon. If it weren't for mainstream dubs of shows like Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball, Naruto, etc. we wouldn't be where we are today. The community and market requires injections of fresh blood, and dubs are the only way to get that fresh blood.
Now, if someone prefers dubs on aesthetic grounds... ... well. Hrmm.

Well, you could develop an entirely different drawing method and only use that for lewds (e.g. painterly style for normal work, lineart for lewds) ... but that seems like a lot of work.
Maybe you'll get lucky and your future employer will be a fan of your lewds?
