what is good about delrin and is it really important?

It's good if you want to make small runs of a plastic return top without the expense of making molds. But it ends up costing about the same as aluminum, so it's not a "cheap" option at all. -Steve

are summit 7 box same size as clyw box? i got a summit 7 and i was suprise why the box is so small

They come in One Drop boxes, same as the regular Summit. -Steve

The unplayable yetis you speak of, what aspects of the return top make them unplayable? Is it something to do with the bearing seat, too much string friction along side walls or bearing seat, or is it something more serious like bad axle holes?

How much is shipping for inside the U.S.? And what's the tax rate if I buy the orca from the CLYW website?

Shipping is $5. You only have to pay sales tax if you are in the same state as our warehouse. -Steve

Yes! Excited that Yeti's are getting close! Just wondering, do you guys have parts for black Yeti's? Meaning is there another run of black ones coming in the future after this colored run?

Despite the negative comments that I've seen about the new colorways. I think that they are a great step in the right direction. They remind me of the Classic clyw but with a modernized look. Keep up the great work Steve and Chris!!

Thanks a lot for the support! We've had very, very few negative comments about the new colorways. And they are mostly from people who don't realize how much our colorways have changed over the last 10 years, and how all of the current stuff that they consider to be "classic CLYW" looks absolutely nothing like the first few years of the company at all.
