Help me please .. I have a little ding on my space cowboy and it has a small vibe but only on that one half with ding .. other half plays smooth like new one ... is that normal ?? Can one little ding make vibe only on one side of yoyo ??

When you say that sometimes the machine can cause b grades, what does that mean? does the lathe sometimes messes up with the weight distribution, or what?
It can be a machine running too fast, or the calibration can have shifted after running for too long or not long enough. Or it could be a problem with the bar stock, or any number of other weird mechanical bugaboos. Doesn't happen often though, when you have a machine shop that pays attention. Most of our b-grades are the result of anodization problems more than anything. -Steve

You should trade whatever you aren't feeling for whatever you really, really want. I don't really know your preferences, but one thing I've found is that, when possible, it's better to hang on to stuff because your tastes change and you have no idea what you're gonna like in 6 months. -Steve

When I first started yoyoing, I didn't change my string for like two months. I got so used to yoyoing on a dead string that it feels better for me now than a new string. Is that a bad thing for the longevity of my yoyo or can I keep at it?
It's not gonna hurt your return top, but its definitely kinda nasty. Old string. Blech. -Steve
