Need some advice. Our upstairs neighbours have 3 kids who frequently bang/clatter and make a lot of noise. Right now, they've been banging around and screaming - actual screaming! - for the past half an hour. It's driving me mad! I'm all for kids being kids, but this... How would you deal with it?
Knock on their door & kindly ask them to calm the children down, or take them outside to play/burn off some of that energy so as to not disturb ALL of the neighbors.
