Then let me rephrase this, how close are you from being the best version of yourself?

This question makes me feel uncomfortable. I honestly don't know how to answer it because it depends upon too many factors and i only share generic details about myself here. Let's say i rate myself 4/10 as a person currently and am looking for ways to improve in every aspect possible.
+1 answer in: “How close are you from being your ideal self?”

In which ways do you push yourself to be the best version of yourself?

I stay away from the race. The world we live in today works on basis of comparisons. How to be more beautiful than others, sound more confident than others, score more than others, get paid more or have a more successful business than the others. All metric defining success are relevant to "others". I simply don't care about that race.
Once you start comparing, you'll get obsessed with one aspect of your life and miss out on the whole fun. For instance, if you want to be the most gorgeous one in your circle, you'll spend all your energy in looking better. At least, most of it. Even if you end up accomplish that goal, you'll sacrifice a lot of things in the process. And the competition is always there anyway.
Imo, to be the best version of ourself, we should look into ourself for inspiration. External world may sound compelling but different people have different IQ, EQ and resources at disposal. We are never born equal. So best thing is to look into ourself and use only ourself as a comparison standard. I slept at 1am today, tomorrow I'll try to sleep at 12am. I worked only 2hours today, I'll not get ahead of myself and compare with someone who works 16 hours a day. I'll just do 3 or 4 hours. Change is always slow. A sprint may get you ahead of the curve for a while but persistence is what makes you the best. Best version of yourself.
'I am in competition with no one. i have no desire to play the game of being better than anyone. i am simply trying to be a better person than I was yesterday." -Unknown

What do you believe/think is/should be the meaning/purpose of life?

I think that's the primary question we should ask ourselves. I love asking this question to everyone because it tells you a lot about a person. Who they are at the moment.
For some, purpose of life is to collect money and fame. For some, to achieve a certain level of satisfaction. Some people make it a primary purpose to seek materialistic things in life while some go beyond that. We are both types on different days. What I hate is the third type.
I think the purpose of life is to find a purpose. Understandable? I have seen people of my age(Third type) be desperate and miserable. Flowing effortlessly with the flow and being content with having no purpose. On some days it's okay. But life is incredibly long. Living without a purpose is tiresome. I think we should look for a purpose (which is looking for a purpose, IMO).
Our purpose can be as little as having that glass of milk tonight or as big as finding the right path that leads towards the ultimate truth. It depends upon people and within people, it also depends. A person can have a purpose to seek materialistic pleasures at a certain time in their life and once they have them, they may move on to better struggles. We find answers to questions as we grow old but some questions are bigger than that. They don't have an answer that is vallid for the rest of your life rather small doses of satisfaction.
Other than that, one of our primary purpose in life should be to make the place we are at a bit better. Even if it's just a tiny bit.

Do you believe in the phrase “Fake it until you make it”?

You can fool others but not yourself. Faking in from of others? Yes, maybe. But I don't think others really matter.
