️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️she had MISSED it so terribly. the smell of nan cooking, and that chicken and ham pie, those delectable bacon sandwiches, and the absolutely-to-die-for homemade strawberry ice cream. she missed doing the picking for it, scouring through the garden with the gnomes hiding about. it made her heart melt just ( THINKING ) about it!! being home for CHRISTMAS ──── finally ──── was more than she could ever dream of.
️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️spending time with her grandmère in france was lovely, no doubt, but for merlins sake, she had never realized how much she had missed the always perfect pranks of fred, the arguments between lily x. james x. albus, the careful decoration of molly, and albeit she was not completely sure it was ( REQUITED ), lucy and her BURSTS of... profane language during breakfast, lunch, &. DINNER! she loved luce. of course she did, with her whole being. more than she loved any delectable nan snack, as OUTRAGEOUS as that sounded. lucy was carefree, full of life and the bravery that domi so wished she had.
️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️’ LUCY?! ' she calls out. domi knew it was the right thing to do ── ── just RIP the bandaid off, and sometimes just KNOWING is all you need!! domi gave herself words of positivity, and she had already done her breathing exercises and meditations 10 mins. previously. merlin, they didn’t seem to be working. ' lucy! ' she called out again, looking in each room with everyone tucked in carefully and cozily. perhaps it was TOO early. domi walks back into THEIR room, and sure as godric gryffindor, there she is. ' lucy! ' a jovial smile presses upon her lips, like a smile that was meant just for lucy. something sacred, the one thing she felt like she could GIVE to her. it smelled like hidden chocolate frogs and bertie botts that were not allowed to be eaten before breakfast, quite delicious.
️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️RIPPING THE BANDAID OFF. ' are you mad at me?! ' she just HAD to ask. it wasn’t like she NEEDED to know the answer, she already did. but she had to ask. if anything about lucy weasley was true, it was she was NOT the best of liars. and that came in handy. ' don’t lie, i KNOW you are. i can feel it. ' she could. ' it makes me nervous when you’re quiet. ' anxious, anxious, anxious!

️️️️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️domi is as sweet as they come; at least, she tries to be. what can you expect being born on the sweetest day of the year? with a knack for making people feel special, you could find her helping anyone with a jovial smile and a more than helpful hand. she has always been this way. a little less daunting than victoire, and a touch less abrasive about the whole veela thing that louis, domi thinks she’s the perfect mix of delacour-weasley. sure, spending time at the shell cottage with her grandmére helped her learn eloquence and kindness, but she still has the brains from her uncle percy and the flying skills of aunt ginny ( a̷l̷b̷e̷i̷t̷, ̷b̷a̷r̷e̷l̷y̷ ̷u̷s̷e̷d̷ ) don’t think domi can’t pull a good prank because of her demure nature, because she sure as merlin can!
️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️gryffindor was ever bit expected. and it was even more humbling, finally knowing she B̶E̶L̶O̶N̶G̶E̶D̶ in the weasley clan. a moment she would never forget. it was even better knowing she could spend it with the people she loved most ──── but who didn’t domi love? it was a difficult thing to have feuds or dislike anyone, even with being consistently hexed! the world did not move for dominique weasley, but she would try to make it move for everyone else.
️️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️her fifth year at hogwarts seemed. . . ᴘʀᴏᴍɪsɪɴɢ ! and she was going to make sure everything went as planned. being concerned with her veela abilities l and all that it took to be that, she is sincerely determined to become stronger. to match with victoire. to GROW up, and maybe do something NOT EXPECTED. you have to live a little, especially when you got the gryffindor girls around ya’. while she is afraid of what could possibly happen with tensions rising, she is remaining hopeful. that is all one can do. ️ ️ ️ ️️ ️ ️ ️ ᶜ’ᴱˢᵀ ᴸᴬ ᵛᴵᴱ!
