yet a lot of people think of it in a very negative way, seeing it as something “extreme” and refusing to listen to the arguments and doing everything they can to disprove it coming up with the most ridiculous theories and shit just to be able to keep on doing everything that they’re used to, which isn’t even good for them and actually grossly unhealthy
