Yes it is but it is your responsibility to catch up on what you've missed. Professors have a list of the tentative and final count of students from the registrar.

OCCS is in Br. Andrew Gonzalez building (15th floor). The office is open from 8:00am to 5:00PM during regular school days.

My MLS clearance says that im cleared so does that mean that i will have no problems enlisting even if i haven't done the mandatory drug test for this term yet? (i missed it i was out of the country then) i have a referral slip already but im still looking for a free time to do my drug test.

im on my last term in my flowchart next term, it states 21 units. can i exceed to 24 units even if im not yet graduating?

It's technically closed when the secretary is not around anymore, or the rest of the faculty. But, the faculty center would still be open until the school closes.

How do we reserve a classroom for academic purposes?
Make a letter including the classroom venue, date and time of reservation, and organization that will be using the venue. Ask the chairperson of your department to sign the letter and then submit it to the RRS at the 5th floor of Henry Sy Bldg.

Yes but you cannot be a dean's lister for that term. Minimum number of units to be part of the dean's list is 12.
