Who says that your parents are able to give you financial freedom?

Just two days ago, and this is just one of almost infinite examples, my father made a deal to give his business partner a business loan of €5000 for his vacation because his partner, like him, is hiding money from the government. His partner saved €5000 cash and wanted to illegally change it to Surinamese dollars but the person who promised him those SRD's turned out to be a scam. So now my father is going to give him a €5000 business loan with no guarantee that he'll ever see that money back either. But it doesn't matter for my father because spending money makes him save a lot on taxes. Meanwhile I'm still financially struggling with my debit account always stuck around -€500 because my income is too low and if I'd have an investor I could deliver better products and services.
