i've had a lot of problems about my weight since i was 10. i've never been happy and i'm borderline depressed. i just need some advice.. i haven't been finishing meal's and don't like it when the people around me are eating because i get uncomfortable. what should i do?
You should be comfortable in your own skin. If you wanna lose weight, go on a diet, exercise, eat healthy etc. you need to eat healthy. It's important to continue living. You can try taking anti-depressants and things like that to help with your depression. But please, eat something. Don't care what other people say. Eat if you're hungry -Maddie x
