Losing weight isn’t a one size fits all kind of deal, you have to find what works for you! I'd recommend doing research before you start though. There are online calculators that will help you determine how much you should eat in a day and try to eat as much unprocessed and organic things as you can! Replace sodas and sugary frappes for water, tea, or black coffee. Start moving around more, even if you don't have a workout routine walking everyday will help! It's a struggle at first but you can totally do it!
