Of course. They hate us cuz they ain't us LOL. Seriously though, I get hated on for numerous reasons, some of which are true, but most aren't. Either way both down to other people being jealous or resentful of you for some reason, which essentially is a shortcoming of theirs.

Absolutely you can. Look up broken heart syndrome, it's a real thing. Older people that have been together for decades die weeks if not days apart from one another. Imagine spending 60 years of your life with someone and all of a sudden they're not there anymore. There aren't many that can go on from that, but some do.

No tv, no phone, unless it's playing ASMR videos on YouTube. Drink chamomile tea, dim your room, make it a comfortable temperature (the cooler the better), and if that is still not getting you the rest you need maybe invest in white noise. Open up your window if you live next to a highway, download an app on your phone if you don't it; it may help too

If you're double the age of that 20-year-old, I'd say you're having a midlife crisis. The grass is not always greener. Find ways to water your own grass and spice things up in your own yard. You'll find you might have a better time in your own grass than someone else's yard.
