First off realize that everyone has insecurities. From Kim Kardashian to a child in a third world country. Every single person believes that they are far from perfection but the truth is you are as close to it as possible. You will never realize this because your brain is so used to seeing you in the mirror every single day that the beautiful and stunning features you possess become ordinary, boring, or even ugly to you. See yourself from the eyes of other people. They find you beautiful. You know why? When people speak to you they are not talking to your body or your beauty they are talking to your brain and your heart. Know that at the end of the day those two things are the only things you need to care about when it comes to what people think. Feeding off of your insecurities and doing things like skipping meals will do nothing but eat away your heart, brain, and soul. It will not make you skinnier in the slightest. If you feel that you want to lose weight to become a healthier individual then that is perfectly okay but there are certain ways to do it. Starving yourself actually preserves the fat in your body as you go into something called "survival mode" this is why skipping meals and diets do not work. Try omitting junk foods, eating greens, etc.
Most importantly remember one little secret, your beauty lies in your hands. If you want people to think you are beautiful, you need to believe you are beautiful. It is the inside that counts, do not tear it apart with negative thoughts, build it and strengthen it with things that make you smile. Do things that you love doing. Take a walk in the sunshine. Enjoy everything life has to offer and stay strong! You are already farther than a lot of people have gone by starting recovery now your job is to finish it and never look back. Good luck :)
