Watching a horror movie burns about 200 calories. So… would you rather go for a run or watch how Freddy Krueger is doing?
I would go for a run, but since I'm lazy I would watch the horror movie. In general, that depends on my mood and as I go to the gym and do weight lifting and some workouts so I think 90% of the times I will face this I will choose the movie.
