Sometimes you are a mess and there is nothing wrong about it. Somewhere along the path, you will struggle. It may be small, just for a small amount of time but it will be devastating and tiring.
Don’t keep it in. Don’t lock your feelings inside. There is no need to put a brave face on when you don’t feel like it. Express yourself, talk with your loved ones. Mental health is more important than you think.
