What are three foods that I should avoid and three that are great for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Avoid refined sugars (not fruit), salt/sodium & white carbohydrates (i.e. white bread, white rice) and eat more raw vegetables, drink a lot of water, and add raw organic apple cider vinegar to your diet (it tastes gross but it cures so many things!)

What about preparing to further education while working but can't seem to be saving enough or any at all?

I get it. Saving can be really difficult for various reasons. However, when you have problems saving money it's usually 1 of 2 things, your expenses are too high or your income is too low. There are many ways that you can increase your income and/or decrease your spending to make this happen but it might not be comfortable. You have to see how you can adjust the formula. Also, as far as saving for your education I would encourage you to ask yourself why are you looking to further your education? will it directly increase your income? (read: is the debt going to be worth it) or is this a graduate degree that may or may not increase your earning potential? is there another benefit that will out weight the cost? There are so many factors that come into play here so it is difficult to give one answer without further information.

What's been your biggest success thus far

I believe my biggest success thus far is getting to a point in life where I fully accept myself and can stand confidently in my truth. Every year I grow and change so much and I am so happy to be in the mental space that I am today.

Are there any websites that can elp me decide what credit card is the best for me?

i wouldn't suggest using a website to determine which card is best you. Instead, write down a list of all the things that you are looking for in a card. What is the highest interest rate you are willing to accept? Do you want to accrue travel points? Are you willing to pay an annual fee? do you care if the card has foreign transaction fees? Are you ok with having an online only bank? Once you have come up with the list then you will be able to shop around for the card that is best for you.

I want to start investing in real estate but I'm not sure how long I'll be in this area. Do you think I should wait to by property until I'm older and more settled?

If you are considering buying a home I would take a look at your overall financial picture before making that decision. do you have any debt? do you have a 6-12month emergency fund? how easy would it be to sell or rent the home in this area if you do decide to move? There are so many things to consider. I would suggest you work with someone to help you weight the pros and cons. Also, here are other ways to invest in real estate without buying a home for example through REITS.

I have a job that pays very well but I absolutely hate it. I can't seem to find another job that will pay as much as I make now. I don't know what to do. Advice?

I think you need to ask yourself what is more important money or being satisfied at your job. After a while, the stress of hating your job will start to take a toll on you physically and mentally. If you can't find a job that pays the same as your current job consider taking a job where you can do something you enjoy that still covers your basic needs. Once you're doing something you enjoy you will probably perform well at your job, which will open the doors for you to make more money.
