What do you do to take care of your body? I've always had an extremely hard time losing weight that it seems almost impossible, do you have any tips?? Thank you!

I try to workout at least three times a week! If you aren't already at a gym, I would highly suggest it. I do eat relatively healthy (but not too healthy) ...though don't get me wrong, I snack all the time. I love crisps, they are my weakness :/ I only really eat out about once or twice a week, the rest of the nights I'll cook at home. I think this helps a lot with my figure because restaurant food is quite fattening, even though it may not seem so, with all of their extra ingredients to make the food tastier (fats, oils, sugar, etc). Cooking at home gives you the option of knowing exactly what you are eating!

Hi lovely! You mentioned in a previous answer that you sufferered from acne in school, and I was wondering if it left you with any acne scars? If so, how did you deal with them? Also, how many hours of sleep do you get on average a night ? Thank you! Xx

Hey:) no, not really...it left some hyperpigmentation but very little and over time it disappeared! I sleep so much, I think maybe too much...I usually get at least 10 hours of sleep a day...

Do you wear any sunscreen? If you do what brand is it? I always got zit whenever I use sunscreen cos you supposed to double cleanse whenever you wear sunscreen. Thank you !!

I never used to wear sunscreen because I wanted to tan more but don't do that!!! (Really stupid I know) After I had a potentially cancerous mole scare, I now always use sunscreen! I don't have a particular brand, but I do use neutrogena :)
