Dan entah kenapa gara2 pikiran td malah bikin badan aku jd ky kecil sendiri. Dlu suka bgt namanya makan, skg makan aja rasanya ky mager dan skg lbh mudah turun drpd naik berat badan. Jadi, syukuri aja apa yg ada nanti klo waktunya kurus pasti kurus kok wkwk 😊😊

Kak, aku dl jg krg bersyukur sm bentuk badan aku sendiri karena dl jg aku gendut bgt dan berhasil diet jg. Tp setelah berhenti diet jd gendut lg dan itu udh mulai mls buat diet lg dan akhirnya kya stres gitu. Tp lama kelamaan jd ky yaudah, syukuri aja apa yg ada

Cara kita untuk lebih bersyukur sama bentuk badan sendiri gimana ya kak?

That is the same question i've been asking myself for years
I want to be honest, that I feel like I'm a hypocrite when I made a video about diet motivation blablabla.. because the truth is I still have an issue with my self.. about self body image..
That's why I'm ignoring all of my followers request to make more video about diet. I'm still struggle to fix my mind and my soul.

I.. have a negative body image of myself. I've been dealing with that since forever.
All people around me trying to help me and nothing's work.
I start to think that they may tired hear about me complaining how awful I am looking at my body, how miserable the way I look at my body. And I stop talking about my diet or my body to people around me, I keep it to myself, I dont want to burdened them.
And even though I lost a lot of weight, I still feel I'm fat. I've been lost weight and I gain weight and I lost it again and it goes on and on and on, that is not because my diet program, that is happening because of my mind, my negative mind.
Somehow I know that it is not healthy for me, this kind of negativity. I feel so exhausted everytime I think negatively about my body. It is not as easy as I should GO on diet again. Because the problem is not physical. The problem is more into my psychology.
I feel like I need help. But I dont think I can find professional in this country. I want to go to therapist but I'm not sure if my money worth spending.
So, you're not alone. Here I am, still feel miserable about myself, still struggle, I wish that someday I could overcome this issue. I wish someday I can look into my body and feeling happily grateful.

That's when u really feel that u r alone cs nobody understands you
You dont know to whom you should talk cs u think that they wouldnt understand anyway
And the issue is not that simple
At the end you keep it for yourself..

But one thing for sure is that... you really are not alone. I'm sure there's someone out there who has the same issue.
And you still have God.

Halo Kak, aku tipe orang yang gabisa nahan emosi, kalau emosi pasti langsung aku tunjukkan karena kalau ditahan aku bisa sesak nafas di tempat. Karena itu, aku jadi sering berantem/marahan sama orang lain. I know that is sucks. Psikiater pun tidak mempan. Boleh minta sarannya Kak? Terima kasih. ☺

Ngerti banget deh gmn rasanya punya masalah psikologis yang kadang ga banyak org bisa ngertiin.
Yang gabisa semudah itu ketika orglain cuma bilang "positif thinking aja" atau "aelah lebay bgt gitu doang".
Ngerti bgt gmn rasanya org nganggep permasalahan psikologis kita sbg sesuatu yg sepele padahal kita sndiri struggle bgt utk ngelawan itu semua.
Bagus lah kalo km udh nemuin ahlinya dan cari pertolongan yg km butuhin.
Coba aja cari2 di youtube vlog2 ttg overcome anger issue/ anger management biasanya banyak tuh..
Kalo emg emosi km banyak ngerugiin km sendiri pernah km coba ga utk lampiasin ke hal lain. Ky mslkan kalo km marah sm org, drpd langsung ke orgnya, mening km lampiasin dengan nulis atau curhat ke orglain, atau bikin karya, dsb

I used to think "I want to have a victorias secret model's body" atau "duh pgn punya badan ky snsd" dsb
Sampai akhirnya aku mikir "bullshit bgt" and let's be real....tipe badanku gasama ky mereka. Jadi aku realistis aja deh. Aku berdiri depan kaca dan aku bayangin sekecil apa yg tangan, paha, dan perutku bisa capai, dan itu aku jadiin body goals.
Stop jadiin org lain utk jd body goals or whatever, start to be the best of yourself can be.

Dear stranger, I know how terrible it is to often had sleep paralysis
Some people said that there's a science explanation to this kind of experience, that said if you have sleep paralysis, you need to hear a really loud sound (like the sound of your alarm) or a bright light like a flashlight you have in your phone to trigger your brain and stop your paralysis.
But I'm a superstitious person so I'm into more spiritual approach. I always have a holy qur'an beside my pillow, I always say a pray out loud before sleep three times and say "audzubillahiminasyaitanirrazim" 3x which mean 'aku berlindung pada Allah dari godaan setan yang terkutuk'
