I think it was 2 or 3 months before we said "I love you" but I knew probably after the first few weeks.

I went drinking with some friends at a bar and my long time childhood crush showed up. I have a girlfriend currently and thought nothing of this crush but long story short I hooked up with her. I feel terrible for cheating and hate myself for it. But now I’m conflicted, what should I do next?
If you really do feel that terrible, then it is time to tell the truth. If your girlfriend sees how bad you feel...there might be a chance for you guys. But you need to tell her regardless.
