I hate judging people on my own lane because i have biased perception about it. Had the same when I was a jungler, it's the same when I'm top laner now. Tho Vizicsacsi and Cabochard are really good.
I think the biggest thing for me is that when I am confident and certain in my call, here in G2 everyone will follow it 95% of the time without second thought because they trust in me. In UOL there were situations where I was really confident in a call and I'd get shut down by someone screaming louder and having the worse call.

Q>E>W, sometiimes it's worth evolving E first in some cases where you just want to gank a lot and need to get close to laners to kill them without needing the extra damage. But yeah, most of the time it's Q for the insane damage and you need E on your second evolution.

Not really, unless the organisation and the team changes mentality which is pretty hard to do.

I think Rush is a good jungler, but he is overrated compared to the rest of the regions it seems. Pool of junglers in NA is not that strong right now so it's easier for an aggresive jungler to dominate them and look good.
