No. We never discriminate people by their schools. We evaluate people with their talents and capabilities. Being graduated from a good school with a good degree is great but your potential is not directly related to them. Check our Careers Page to see what we are looking for; http://kimola.com/careers
Kimola will never be “that” company who brags about being crowded. Our goal is to stay simple and be the “non-human powered technology company” who lets the machines do the work. We are 5 people of full-time runners and we also work with 3 freelancers. We hope to be 10 people at most.
Again, one more weird question related to being a start-up. No, we get paid by our clients.
We believe that the research process for marketers should be easier, affordable and much faster. We also think that “data” should be reachable for every marketer. If you want to understand your consumers better –and yes, you should- and produce better products with better messages our Analytics service is a “should use product” for you.
We changed our business model from service to SaaS in 2017 to scale it. So this is a yes.
We don’t appreciate people who judge companies with investments or investors. Every company has great values even if they have never closed an investment round. We closed our post-seed investment round with Startershub, 500 Startups, and Uğur Şeker.
It would be really strange if we didn’t.
It’s one of the weirdest question we have ever received. It seems like it’s about “the perception of being a start-up in Turkey” but still it’s so heartbreaking to hear this. Yes. We do pay salary. We also support our employees with Private Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Individual Retirement Insurance. Details are here: http://kimola.com/careers
