According to Abu Hurayra, may Allah be pleased with him, that the messenger of Allah, said: "he who Calls for the right path will receive a reward equal to the rewards of (all) those who follow him, which will not reduce their own rewards by one iota, and he who called (others) to error, will bear the (burden) of sin equal to (the severity of the burden) of the sins of those who follow him, which will not alleviate (the severity) of their own sins."[44]

b) the General meaning of this hadith
The messenger of Allah, encourages the members of his community to do good and call others to do it. He who calls people to the right path will receive the great reward of Allah Almighty, which will not diminish the reward of those who follow him, for “he who points to the good will receive the same reward as he who does it.” Whoever seduces someone to commit a sin, even if it is a minor sin, or tells him to commit a sin, or helps him to commit it, will bear the burden of the sins of all the people who follow him. But what then can be said of those who turn people away from following the Sharia of Allah, judge by the laws laid down by people, and promote atheistic and destructive teachings? All these people have turned away from the Book of Allah and gone astray, and they will bear the burden of these deviations, leading young people away from the direct path of Allah.
