You've mentioned CBT before. I was wondering if you also do any relaxation exercises like 4-4-6-2 breathing, 40 count meditation, or bhramari breathing?
My anxiety even intrudes on my relaxation attempts :( I never found breathing exercises very helpful personally. My mind is a little fucker and it knows when I'm doing something specifically to relax. Drinking tea and singing have worked the best for me. The problem is these aren't useful when I'm panicking in public.
