mash up one large banana then beat in one egg. Combine well. Heat a little oil in a pan. Divide the mixture into three. Cook on one side. Very carefully flip once only. Enjoy
I've tried making banana pancakes before, and I wasn't really a fan. It was like eating a rubbery, banana flavoured omelette.
